A small, unapologetically nerdy line of pieces for people who take their hobbies seriously — and don't mind admitting it. Tabletop and gaming themed, boxed ready to give, and made in runs short enough that we know roughly where each one went.
The Collection
Each piece is made to order in Western New York. Short runs, so when one is gone it may be a while before it returns.

Swamp Tumbler — Black Mana, 20oz Iridescent
Full-wrap laser engraved graveyard scene on an iridescent black stainless tumbler. Undead dragon, ruined keep and a rising undead army.
Engraved all the way round, with no join and nothing repeated — a ruined keep breaking through the mist, an undead dragon on the wing, and an army clawing its way up out of the ground beneath it. The black mana sigil sits front and centre in a gothic frame. Turn it in your hand and the iridescent plating shifts from gold through violet to deep green, so the same scene reads differently in every light. Underneath the artwork it is a seriously good tumbler. Double-walled 20oz stainless with a vacuum seal between the walls, which is what actually does the work: coffee stays hot for hours, iced drinks stay cold and the outside never sweats onto your desk or your cards. Hot or cold, it holds whatever you put in it. Comes with a press-fit lid, a reusable stainless straw and the little brush for cleaning it out — so it is ready to use the moment it lands. Designed and engraved by hand in Western New York. Each one is engraved to order, so no two come out quite the same.
- 20oz double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel
- Keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for hours
- No condensation — safe on desks, tables and playmats
- Full 360° laser engraving, no wrap or print to peel
- Iridescent rainbow plating that shifts as it turns
- Includes press-fit lid, stainless straw and cleaning brush
- Hand wash recommended to protect the finish
- Engraved to order in Western New York

Slate Coaster Set — All Seven
All seven mana coasters — white, blue, black, red, green, colorless and all colors. Save $7.00 on the full set.
The complete set: white, blue, black, red, green, colorless, and one that brings all five together. Seven slate coasters, each with its own full-face scene engraved corner to corner, built to sit together on a table without any two looking alike. Bought singly these come to $42.00. As a set they are $35.00 — and it is the version people actually want, because the whole point is having the full spread out when people come over. Slate is heavy enough to stay put, will not warp or stain, and drinks condensation out of the air so cold glasses stop leaving rings. Four felt feet on each. 4 inch squares, roughly a quarter inch thick, natural chipped edge left on. Engraved to order in Western New York. Please note: Listing images are brightened to highlight the intricate laser-engraved details. In person, the designs feature a darker, more subtle contrast to preserve the slate's natural water-absorbing properties.
- Seven coasters — white, blue, black, red, green, colorless and all colors
- Natural slate, 4in square, hand-chipped edge
- Full-face laser engraving on every one, no two alike
- Absorbs condensation — no rings on the table
- Four felt feet on each
- Saves $7.00 against buying them singly
- Engraved to order in Western New York

Slate Coaster — White Mana
Laser engraved slate coaster — a sunlit cathedral above the clouds, ringed by banners and the white mana sun. Felt backed, 4in square.
A full-face engraving on natural slate: a sunlit cathedral above the clouds, ringed by banners and the white mana sun, framed by a border of sigils and finished corner to corner. Every piece of slate splits differently, so the stone's own grain and edge run through the artwork and no two come out the same. Slate is the right material for this. It is heavy enough to stay put, it will not warp or stain, and it drinks condensation straight out of the air — so a cold glass stops making rings on the table. Four felt feet on the underside keep it from marking the surface underneath. 4 inch square, roughly a quarter inch thick, with the natural chipped edge left on. Engraved to order in Western New York and bagged individually. Please note: Listing images are brightened to highlight the intricate laser-engraved details. In person, the designs feature a darker, more subtle contrast to preserve the slate's natural water-absorbing properties.
- Natural slate, 4in square with a hand-chipped edge
- Full-face laser engraving — no print, nothing to wear off
- Absorbs condensation, so no rings on the table
- Four felt feet to protect the surface underneath
- Heavy enough not to lift with the glass
- Each piece of slate is unique — grain and edge vary
- Wipe clean, do not soak
- Engraved to order in Western New York

What makes it distinguished
Everything from the Grove is made with the same care. What sets this line apart is who it's for, how it's presented, and how few of them exist.
Built for the table
Dice, campaigns, long sessions and the sort of in-jokes you only get after a few hundred hours of play. Every piece here is made for tabletop, gaming and the wider nerdy end of the shelf — nothing generic, nothing watered down.
Boxed ready to give
Each piece arrives in premium packaging, finished and presented so it can go straight to someone without a trip to the wrapping paper. It's the part that turns a good object into an easy gift.
Short runs
Made in small numbers and not restocked forever. This isn't manufactured scarcity — it's one person, one workshop, and a finite number of hours.
Where to find it
At the shop
Pieces appear in the main Mossgrove Makery shop as they're finished, alongside everything else we make.
Visit the shopIn game & hobby stores
The collection is built for independent game shops. If you run one and want it on your shelf, we work on consignment.
Stock the collectionCommissioned
Want one of these with your own crest, campaign or table name on it? That's the whole point of making them here.

Short runs go quickly at shows. Leave an address and we'll write to you when the first pieces are ready — nothing else, ever.
